1. Program Description

So Cal Laundry, doing business as MAXfresh LAUNDRY ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), operates an SMS messaging program that provides transactional and service-related communications, including but not limited to appointment confirmations, reminders, scheduling or rescheduling notices, service updates, operational alerts, and customer support responses.

SMS messages are sent only to customers who have created an account, scheduled a service, or otherwise interacted with our services through www.maxfreshlaundry.com, our mobile application, or our online scheduling forms, and who have provided express written consent to receive SMS communications. Consent is obtained via web or app forms containing a clear and conspicuous SMS opt-in checkbox and may be withdrawn at any time.
